I was playing today and realized that I am not seeing any shadows. Sure, there are the painted on ones, but the characters are shadow-less. None of the settings are changing anything, and I don't have the slightest idea how to add shadows manually through the console.
I'm thinking it might be a compatibility issue, but I'd like to hear what everyone else thinks.
My rig (the likely suspects, anyway): Windows 7 64-bit ATI Radeon 5670 Intel Core i7 (860 @ 2.8 GHz)
