Will Team Fortress 2 work on my PC? The reason I ask is because WoW ran fine, but KotR didn't even load.
Dell Dimension E310:
Pentium 4 2.8GHz 1GB RAM Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset 128MB Integrated Graphics
Yes i know, integrated graphics on a desktop, boo hoo, but its all I can do right now. I am desperate!!!
Doubt it.
Not with the graphics cards, my processor is Pentium 4 3.0ghz but I only have 512mb of RAM. My graphics card is Nvidia GeForce 6200A and that lets me play it. Try getting that, it's pretty cheap.
I'm not going to say anything either way because I'm not that familiar with your chipset. But I'll just post my Specs so you can compare them with what you have:
Processor: Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2050 @1.60GHz Memory: 1014MB RAM Video Card: Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset FamilyExplorer 4.0 Motherboard: DDR2 Duel 1024 MB 266 MHz
...And it's a laptop. It plays WoW fine with excellent FPS but like you, KotOR won't load either (normally that is, I've never tried it with 3D Analyze). Now, TF2 runs pretty good on my PC. I can get pretty good FPS on smaller servers and on small closed in or interior maps. Note though, I have to use a special Config just to get it to run. I really recommend m0re's Config (High FPS Config), and all it does is disable graphics options which you can't configure in-game and so forth. And you should also keep in mind that TF2 uses a lot of RAM and CPU so everything else must be closed while playing (unless you have a good CPU and extra RAM).
Hope that helps.
EDIT: I would wait for a TF2 Free Weekend or get a Guest Pass somewhere and try it out before buying it just to be on the safe side.
I dunno, does your computer meet the system requirements?
To whom it may apply: I just have to ask, shouldn't this be in the Team Fortress 2 help forum? Because yesterday I made a thread asking for technical help because I figured the thread would get moved almost instantly if I posted it here.

Correct. :moved:
Just to be on the safe side, use Can You Run It. It's pretty good although occasionally it tells me I can't a play game I'm playing at the same moment, but its a good source: Can You Run It

Actually having the opportunity to use that card once, I will state that the game would run horribly, if it even achieves playable frame rates. If it loads at all.
However there are tons of PCI graphics cards which will play Team Fortress 2.
Might I recommend Newegg.com? http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010380048+1068609623&QksAutoSuggestion=&ShowDeactivatedMark=False&Configurator=&Subcategory=48&description=&Ntk=&CFG=&SpeTabStoreType=&srchInDesc=&Page=1
