im trying to edit a few textures, nothing big.. but in a demo of wolf. mp test 2 to be precise. after altering the textures and re-packing the pak file, when i try to open wolf, it says the data is corrupt. i assume this is from some checksum noticing that ive changed things.. is there any way i can simple go into the binary and eliminate the call for the checksum comparison? or does anyone know (/how to find) the checksum algorithm used?
...could the data really just be corrupt?
