Yes i know we havent really seen Darth Vaders apprentice yet but we all know that he is pretty strong. He has like taking usage of the force to a new level.I think this is what Luke would have been like if he joined the Sith with Vader. So if Vaders apprentice is almost like a Sith version of Luke it should be a close battle.I think that Darth Vaders apprentice might have the edge because of his force abilities.I havent really seen much of the force from Luke that compares to the apprentice's skills.

Anyway,get voting!:saber:

well Vaders apprentice does have a wookieepedia now so we can see it all really personally Luke,he's beaten Sidious's clones etc,he is the son of the 'chosen one' he is mental despite what the films show(damn you wimpy mark Hamill!!) he is supposed to be the best anyway so why not show he is

Well those force capabilities i guess you are showing to the new force unleashed fact, heck it's the games and movies that fuck SW up lol they change it so much

Yeah, but Sidous's clones dont mean much, the real sidious almost killed him and would have if it werent for Vader and If I remember correctly it was Han Solo who defeated the last clone.

He may be the son of "the chosen one"but he was never trained by "the chosen one".I think that being trained would be much more influential than being a relative.

hmm true... but it's hard to say who would win as,where as vader's apprentice kicked ass,Luke did accomplish loads and kick ass... but in a fight it wopuld probably be a draw, the apprentice(actually called star killer but that sucks its cheesey)he was trained under vader, the chosen one,but luke was just the son of him so really it comes down to what vader 'left them'i find but from ur post it's changed my mind im going with starkiller, but the game aparently(as it's not released here)like most SW games does emphasise his power alot

The Apprentice, labeled "Starkiller" by the designers is the son of a very powerful Jedi Master and had a full and complete Jedi education under Vader's tutelage. Luke Skywalker became a Hedi in less than 4 years. Even the Jedi vs. Sith: The Complete Guide to the Force states that Luke did not have a complete Jedi education. Obi-Wan died. Luke ran off to save Han and Leia. He essentially finished training on his own with very limited information. He did best Vader in their final fight, but it was tainted as Vader's emotions for his son finally emerged. Starkiller is pure Force. He will be a bad ass once we can play him. Luke had trouble moving C3PO around in that wicker chair in EP VI, remember. He looked all tired like Yoda had when he raised Luke's X-Wing outta the swamp in ESB. The trailer for the new game shows Starkiller causing an Imperial Star Destoyer to crash. That's power you can't buy! No I think if it came down to it, Starkiller would own Skywalker. I think it would be interesting to see Starkiller duke it out with Anakin Skywalker. That would be an interseting match up.

Ye so starkiller would win i reckon then but remember dude games emphasise things,I've seen the trailer...a whole star destroyer is a bit emphasised dont you think? Ye starkiller ownes but its diddicult to find the point where it's not game emphasisation(if thats a word)i reckon he would still own Luke though also theres a reason why Luke is the jedi grand master, even if it was kinda crappy compared to yoda's The thing that keeps annoying me is how Luke is supposed to be the best...tough call...

The son of two Jedi, who had married....... gotta love all the "rule breaking" those Jedi did in those days.

In all honesty, it would depend on which timeframe Luke is used from.

Pre, or post Endor. Pre, or post Dark Empire.

If we're talking before the Battle of Endor, then it would be Starkiller hands down. Not just because of the strength he seems to have in wielding the Force, but because his training was primarily geared toward combatting other Force users.

True. Good Point, Fyurii. If you match Starkiller with Luke in ESB, then bye bye Luke. Kiss it good bye. If you match him from after Dark Empire, then Luke might be able to give Starkiller a'whoopin'. But we are talking about 2 different training styles: Luke learned a limted amount of Jedi knowledge from Obi-Wan and Yoda, the rest he read about or learned from those Jedi he found. Starkiller got 1-on-1 training from a former full Jedi Knight-come-Sith Lord. I guess I'd have to see it. But damn, that scene of Starkiller pulling down that Star Destroyer had me.....
