I didn't make it!
So we've had threads on your favorite Rebel Fighter, but what about your favorite independent fighters? My this I mean starfighters and light starships that arn't associated with either side. These comes mostly from the EU. To name a few.
Those are just a few. There are alot more from the EU that arn't associated with either side in the war. The YT-1300 and other light freighters are also valid for the discussion.
Out of all of the ones I've seen pictures of I still have a thing for the Cloakshape. Though it is slow and out of the "box" it is not very good it is one of the easiest starfighters to modify and it's shields are nice and strong. It's not going to be able to accomplish much against an E-Wing or Tie-Defender, but not much will.

Ever since that first time I played X-wing Alliance I've always loved the YT-2000 for a light freighter. For a starfighter I'd have to say probably the T-wing. Not that I'd ever want to fly one, of course...
I have to agree with Inyri about the YT-2000, 'specially the Otana in XW:A - It was quick and nippy for a freighter, excellent shields, and kickass weapons.
Starfighter wise - Starviper. It had a unigue "Don't fuck with me" look about it. (So good that Obsidian got it confused with a Basilisk War Droid for KOTOR2!!!!).
ill have to say SLAVE 1 , b4 boba did all the modifications to it just like jango had it
I have to admit, my favorite ship is left out all together.
The Gat-12h, 12i, 12j series of ships. They are commonly known as the "Skipray Blastboats"
Capital ship weaponry in a small package with decent amounts of shields and armor. And, it also is hyperspace capable......bonus for a ship that size.
Chiss clawcraft Chiss equivalent of the TIE Defender, pretty much the same specs except no ion cannons or missiles.
agreed ... eversince XW:A ... the YT-2000 was one hell of a ship ... also the "Modly Crow" from JK:F2 looked pretty cool for a fighter-class starship :naughty: :D
