I thought that zigz was doing you favor by trying to direct your attention toward the "sticky post" in this Forum section entitled: __________________________

"Sticky Icky: New Mapper Read this to save yourself trouble."

__________________________

In that "sticky", Omnix has compiled lots of pertinent URLs about most anything a new mapper would want to know. In many instances, he has even given a brief overview of just what the particular tutorial covers.

Good luck!

Make sure you switch to GTKRadiant as wolfrad is old and you have to do alot of unpacking to get the textures to show up in the editor. GTKRadiant 1.2.11 is a awsome editor that sets everything up for you. Just make sure in the texture options you have use shaderlist.txt checked.
