Well I want to make maps and all but im all outta ideas i need some inspiration or maybe some good ideas for a map please help me out! thank you

Have you got any preferances? like want axis to attack/defend? want an open map or windy tunnels? :confused:

try putting something new in cause more people will probably like your map if it's different!

try watching some dodgy old war movies, these'll probably help!

it doesn't really matter to me if it is wide open or has windy tunnels it's just an idea i need, if i got an idea i can work it out...

perhaps something like black hawk down, the allies/axis have to get to a chopper/plane/something and defend/destroy it before the other side gets there and steals docs,

just watch a few films or something! :dance:

Hi there... I have some map ideas, but unfornatelly I suck on the map builder program, so I can't do the maps I think of... 1. A BMW factory - You guys know that in the WW II, BMW used to be the official maker of the German Air Force's engines (Luftwaffe). The main fabric used to be in the Bavarian region, and BMW is the abreviature of "Bayerische Motoren Werk". The actual symbol of the BMW is an airplane prop. The main idea of the map is: "The Himmler's forces have build a powerfull engine, capable to fly more than any other airplanes, with less weight and fuel". The allies need to steal the project files, and destroy the engine prototype, and maybe destroy the hole fabric ordering an air strike after stealing the documents. I was thinking to have an factory entrance without explosions, by the air ventilation ducts... Maybe getting in the ducts by a small entrance in the side of the factory, and then going to all the factory. Maybe if you put the vent exits far form the floor, the germans cannot get in it, so you can prevent the germans to go to the allies spawn location and suffocate the allied team.

2. The second idea I'm having is to build a Allied Air Force base, almost like the "airport" map, with more planes to blow, maybe 8 or 10, in dferent Hangars. This will impose the german team to act fast and organized, with a team full of enginners, with maybe just one or two liet and medic, this can be good to the allied team. This idea Is recent and I haven't made another modification to it...

3. Maybe you can make a boat, the USS Indianápolis, going to deliver the bomb and being attacked by some german boats. The germans will have to take control of the enginne room, the control room and the armament room... Like a hold position map... I don't know how this kind of map is called in english, because I'm from Brazil, and my english is not so good. But I think that the idea is compreensible.

Well, For a start you never get to play as a nazi soldier in the whole game, so I got this idea which is pretty good: It must be a SP map, the place is the Headquarters house of the OSA, you are a nazi secret agent sent personally by the Reichf├╝hrer SS Heinrich Himmler to strike-back for the destruction of his "resurrection" project. Your objectives are: * Eliminate the fat man, Jack, the general and the british guy * Destroy the OSA archives using dinamite (Could be like a bookcase) * Escape with the fat man's diary

mabye a map that had a moving train in it. sort of like the tram accept like the train in mp_depot. It would be your transport between the 2 bases, it would go around in a circle. In the middle of the circle wouldl be a tower so when the train is gone the allies or axis can jump down on the tracks and go on a bridge and then get to a tower (sniping??)...the transmiter would be there and inside the axis base would be the docs....the bases are train station...i posted a thread about it awhile ago but ill attach some blueprints here also. The map is named mp_train, also the pic says mp_train2 becuz i scaned 2 copies and i like the second better. K just a crazy idea from me :)

the idea is really rough and in the works. also you need to save the pic then open it in an editor like microsoft photo editor or others so u can zoom in....when it prints it will be page size.
