Ok, so I don't have the time to make a real map, but there is one that I think could be fun, although not exactly realistic.

A vietnam rice paddy firefight style map. Probably have to fight across two rice paddies with a flag after the first rice paddy for a new spawn point. Forest/jungle on the sides for a flanking attack. I like the forest/grass that is in ET radar map for this map. Could put some sparse farm equipment/animals? in the paddie(sp) for cover. I think this map would favor mortors, LTs, soldiers with MG, and medics. Also covert ops to see mines if engies lay lots of mines on the dykes. Probably can't lay mines in the water of the paddies. Also might want to give the axis side of the rice paddy some gray so that axis have a background to hide in front of. Allies will obviously be able to hide in the green of the forest. Unrealistic, but would help axis from standing out.

Obj could be to fight past rice paddies and dyn the entrance to a rat hole, break into the tunnel and assasinate someone or something.

Yeah, so axis in veitnam might be wierd. Also, snipers might make the open field aspect a problem. Wouldn't want to give them to many places to hide that LT's or mortors can't hit.

Anyway, flame me if you want. I think a jungle map would be cool. I like creeping around in the grass. And an open firefight would kick ass too. I think there is a quasi similar map on the den of lions or pharohs tomb server. It's an open trench thing. Can't remember what it's called though.

forogt, obviously spawn at flag would have to be protected from immediate shelling somehow. A house or bunker or something.

you can also check the flag on the player starts that says invicible 3 secs. That could give the players enough time to seek cover.
