Thats a lot of Jedi. but i only know a few. I dont think that Shaak Ti survived because in a deleted sceen of episode three it shows Shaak Ti being murdered by General Grevious.

Deleted scene. It isn't shown in the movie, and it also contradicts the Clone Wars cartoon. It didn't happen.

Didn't Darth Vader hunt down most of them?
