Hi killing_sam,

Seriously this sounds like a hardware problem rather than software. No matter how bad your connection your PC shouldn't reboot. I would check things like overheating or vid card, faulty or underpowered PSU, bad memory.

Also go into "control panel/system/advanced/start up and recover/settings" and turn off "automatically restart at system failure". This will enable you to see any system error messages that XP may generate when it crashes.

thx all it was my graphics card :( it was a old geforce 4 440mx and the fan died so i went out and bought a radeon 9000pro and i am well pleased the game hasnt crashed yet today :) how do u find the radeon cards cos this is first time i had one

They Rock!! Plain and simple. Im still using my old 8500 128m. I keep planning to get a new card but this one still does it all for me so I dont have a good excuse yet.
