Try this,

Disable DHCP on the router and set all your IP addresses manually. DHCP can cause some serious problems with this sort of thing cause it assigns IP addresses on a first come first serve basis and may be changing the IP address of the computer hosting the game each time you restart it.

Not this one , the router that I have is a D-Link DI 713-P it looks for the Mac address on the NIC and keeps certain IP addresses for that MAC Dun ask me, lol I dun get it. :D so DHCP doesn't affect this Router,...... it has had the same exact IP for over 6 months now and is restarted almost every day :( so who knows If you guys have any more suggestions I am always open for comments THANKS!!! :smack:
