I made a recent stunt movie from BF1942 and can't zip it. When i do it goes from 27 megs to 26.9 megs. This is if I send it to a compressed folder (zipped). I have used WINRAR and WINZip with same results. Can someone help me? I need it smaller to send it in to bf1942files.com

You are not going to get much more compression from zipping it, most movie formats are already compressed heaps. Zipping movies is usually done to include screenshots, readme's etc all in one file. You ca increase the compression ratio with some proggys but that doesn't usually help a lot. I compressed a movie file using Power Archiver and it went from 48Mb to 46Mb. Oh yes, using Power Archiver I can create an empty .zip file, then drag-n-drop files straight into it.
