When I try to run RFA Extractor.exe windows gives me a popup that states "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." I downloaded the file that it says in the readme that I need to run it.(http://download.microsoft.com/download/.netframesdk/Redist/1.0/W98NT42KMeXP/EN-US/dotnetredist.exe) Now when I try to run THAT file i get the error "Microsoft .NET Framework V1.0 is incompatible with this version of Windows. All of its features are currently part of Windows." Could someone please help me...?

I got the exact same error: The application faile to initialize properly(0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.
I also need to know how to fix this. Please help!!!:
