Hi again pleasuresabbath,

It may actually be worse than you think. Remember I mentioned that your viud card was an intel integrated video card, well it moght be that you motherboard doesn't even have a AGP slot to plug in another vid card. What I need to know is the actual make and model number of your motherboard. Given that info I can tell you whether or not you can upgrade your video. There are a number of ways to find that out. One is to examine the motherboard itself, of course if you do that you can also look for the AGP slot, it will be a light brown slot, set slightly further back than the white PCI slots. If you have one then you may be able to upgrade your video.

If you are not keen on opening the computer yourself then simply download a copy of Sisoft Sandra, the info modules will supply all the info we need to know.

Get back to me ASAP

Well there is other issues that can cause Battlefield not to load up as well. Could you give us some specs on your machine? But yes a non-compatable video card can cause Battlefield (or other programs) not to load or not work correctly.

Hi un4givn72,

We have already established that it is the vid card on another thread.

This one in fact;

Just read the last few posts. Even Intel says it is incompatible!

Have fun
