Hi Mexmadman,

When you reinstalled did you uninstall the existing copy then delete the game directory, cause it may still have some config files from the old installation if you didn't do that and they may be screwing it up.

hi Mexmadman,

Afraid you've got me stumped here. Unfortunately without sitting in fornt of your PC there's probably not a lot more I can do to help. Although I wonder if it's a problem with the safedisc copy protection. What about trying the nocd patch (and remember you didn't hear it from me). It might also be a problem playing the movies, although this would be a first, try renaming them so they don't play and see what happens.

Good Luck

well....i fixed it and now works perfectly like it used to *happy sigh* :)

For some reason my graphics drivers had screwed, after uninstalling them and re-installing some new ones and low and behold, it works ! Its really strange cos i didnt edit my configurations for graphics at all they just "corrupted" of well...guess it happens.

Thx apocalypse_kid & 1st_Lt_Luke for tryin to help. :D :bows:

I suppose that is really a good lesson for all. Even if you are sure you have the latest graphics drivers etc, if you are having problems re-install them anyway just in case.

Glad to hear you're firing on all cylinders now Mexmadman
