The people sound like chip and dale now! They squeak and talk at 100 miles per hour! I mean........they have a high pitch tone and talk very fast now. Anyone know how to fix this? More importantly....does anyone know what i even mean:confused: ?(Dont respond to second question)

Maybe if i type this in itll make my thing more clear (and easier to search for from the search menu thing for future people who have to same problem) : Speech Problems from the men in battlefield 1942 Speech alteration Something wrong with unit voices (f1-f8 commands)

more than likely youre having sound casr driver problems, so you either need to install recent drivers for your sound card, or unistall and reinstall it completely

Its helps if you tell us what sound card you have chip and dale. I have an audigy 2 and i know if i turn on EAX and if its not set right it will sound like i have little people on speed in my game . SO TELL US YOUR CARD

What soundcard? Ok.....it is......SiS 7012 WAVE Type WDM Version 5.10.0000.6052 (English) SiS= Silicon Integrated Systems Anyways.......... where do i install new drivers? Or how do i fix it otherwise?

http://download.sis.com/sisdlc/driver_select.jsp now that wasnt so hard was it lol. looks to me this is where you need to go to get the drivers

Thank you very much! Now ill look for my driver.... its not in the audio list, so i guess i download another one? maybe i should wait for someone to tell me it is ok to download a random driver........but i'm in a rush.
