Does anyone around here play Morrowind? I think its a great RPG in the fact that it's not linear in any way, besides the main quest. You can basically do anything you want, whenever you want. The numerous mods out there make an even better game, it's practically modded as much as the Half Life series! A good mod that just came out would be Wizard's Island an amazing mod that adds hours of gameplay to Morrowind.

I, as well, have Morrowind. A wonderfully entertaining experience, and, at the time at least, gorgeous enviroments.

I can't wait for Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion either. I'm glad that I now have a computer that can actually run it. Going back on topic, what was your favorite thing about Morrowind?

I would say being able to completely customize your characters appearance. A knight clad in full ebony armour, weilding daedric weapons, was a magnificent sight. I hope I will be able to upgrade my PC in time for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I strongly desire to play it.

Favorite thing?...uhm... I cant really say, I like pretty much the hole game, except those f***ing Cliffracers, those where so annoying. But I dont really have a favorite thing, but I really like the weather system, and just the vast amount of different armors and weapons to choose from, and the non-linear game world.

It'd be cool if they bought out an online version of the game.

Yeah, it'd be kind of fun, but Bethesda has made it very clear that they have no intention of ever doing an online game out of the The Elder Scrolls.

Btw, what is your most powerful character that you have?

An online version of Morrowind would be a disaster. Could you imaging all the buffing, twinking, and other less savory tactics other players would employ? And Sirius, I do believe there is a mod out that eliminates cliffracers from the game.

Yes, cliff racers were very annoying. Here you can find a mod that makes all cliff racers passive, unless you attack them. The only thing I didn't like about Morrowind was its thief system. I didn't feel a thrill as I ran across the rooftops stealing people's stuff. Hopefully Oblivion will make it more difficult, and have people get more items eventually. There's nothing more statisfying then breaking into a lord's manor and stealing all of his stuff! Oh, and my 3 strongest characters were a level 30 Thief, a level 35 Assassain, and a level 30 Paladin/Knight. Each of these was the head of their respective guilds (Thieves Guild, Morag Tong, and Imperial Legion).
