Is there any mod out there that lets you have a realationship in this game? If there isent this whould been a really cool adition to the game.

there are many mods like this. i heard about someone named emma who made a really nice love mod. it even includes a new kissing animation.

Yea, look up companion mods. Morrowind and Oblivion have quite a few.
