Hello fellow ES Community Goers!

Just out of curiosity, would you prefer all ES Discussion from any game in the Elder Scrolls series kept into a single forum, ES General Discussion, or would you like it split into parts, with Morrowind and the older games being in one area, and Oblivion in another? The downside is that if they're aren't enough Morrowind threads, there'd be no point in splitting it. I'm just wondering what your opinions on something like this would be, since all of you are what keep this forum alive and vibrant. Keep up the posting!

Note: I'm not saying it's going to suddenly be done or anything, just want to see what everyone thinks.

Hmmm....not sure.Splitting it would probably give morrowind a chance of being noticed among all the clutter, but there are probably people who just stick to the threads they are subscribed to,and may just pass it by.Keeping them together would be pretty much the same thing,as it would just be up to someone to draw Morrowind out of all the Oblivion threads.Besides,Morrowind deserves appreciation, but Oblivion is by far one of the best RPGs to date. But that's not really saying much,as good RPGs are few and far between, adn have been for a long time.

I think spliting them would be a good idea, have an oblivion general and a mods section then a morrowind general and mods section and then a past games general section....oh and a lore section too! So Oblivion General Oblivion Mods Morrowind General Morrowind Mods Past Games Lore Thats what i think anyways...

I voted no. I haven't seen a whole lot of activity for the older games, so you'd just have more almost inactive forums. But it would help with those threads where you don't know which game they are talking about :p

Yeah, that'd be my main motivation to look into it, it'd be good for organization, because there'd be no question as to whether a thread is based in Morrowind or Oblivion.

Well, the organization part would be good, but seperating them chances that no more people will check those threads than before, meaning you'd be taking up just a bit more space for no real purpose.

If people would post legible threads, instead of "ZOMG!! I am stuck at that one mission, you know......that really hard one with that guy, and you have to kill that thing.........."

then the confusion would be less........but i say no, most threads these days are about Oblivion
