****SPOILERS BELOW!!*** Hi, here's my problem, and i wonder if anyone can help me. Im at level 28, and have finished the main quest. But I'd like to 'do' all I can in the game before I uninstall it. I found the Shrine of Namira, but I can't start the quest because my stats are too high. After trying lots of things, I finally read a walkthrough, and apparently I need to have a Personality of 20 or less. Now here's the problem: I have a Personality of 76!!! I tried making potions, but these are too weak. I know cheap wine lowers personality by 10 each bottle, but I can only drink 4 before I get the 'You cannot drink any more potions at this time' message. That leaves me at Personality 36, still too high to begin the quest. What can I do??? My Alchemy is at 84, I think I read somewhere that the higher the Alchemy the more potions you can drink at one time. If I have an Alchemy of 100 will I be able to drink 6 bottles of wine? It seems a shame to leave this quest, as because of not completing it I won't be able to complete the last Daedric Shrine quest.
find or enchant jewlery. i think its possible to make them have a bad effect on ur stats. and raise ur lvl. in alchemy. other then that i dunno.
Use in the console
"modpca personality -59" without quotes to lower personality. After approaching the shrine, repeat the code but take away the "-"
I was hoping to be able to do something without resorting to console commands, but I guess it's ok if it's the only way. Thanks for the help.
thatll work i guess. go my way for the tougher way.
Enchanting jewellery is impossible i believe, because a 'damage personality' spell doesnt exist as far as i know. Console, here i come... :nodding:
