It could be for people who recently bought the game, and are concerned =p

People just like me, and I am concerned, and my parents are concerned... :p

Also, a quote (which I think is half-accurate based on what was stated here):

ESRB Descriptors: Blood and Gore, Nudity, Use of Alcohol, Violence, Sexual Themes, Language

Quoted from: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/rpg/theelderscrollsivoblivion/tech_info.html

That's likely an overzealous rating by the ESRB, evident in the fact that it was only applied to the initial PC release, and ESRB later retracted the 'Nudity' warning on the PC version when they rated the console versions and GOTY release.

PEGI rated the game 15+ with their only alert being violence, and hey, pinning a deer's head to it's ass with an arrow is pretty violent so go figure.

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

Well, my parent's looked over this 'overzealous' rating and were frightened away, regardless of whether it's true or not. It's good that ESRB was thorough, but a bit disappointing, especially the part where your parents basically say; "You want a game with a list of garbage that long? That's terrible. What were you thinking to even want something like that?"

Oh well, Morrowind it is going to stay, unless they decide to give TES V a milder rating (hint, hint, nudge, nudge).
