In the Skingrad gate, I managed to hop over to that leaning tower that the guide calls Quake Ruins. I know you can get in because it describes the inside, but I cant find the entrance. Anyone know where it is?

I have the guide and it says nothing of

Quake Ruins

You must be talking of a cave that has a slang nickname maybe?

QUAKE RUINS

I'll have a look for a mod like that.

Its not a mod. My game is unmodded. Check the guide, page 122, location 10. And its not in Skingrad it's in the Skingrad gate you close during the Allies for Bruma quest.
