Anyone know how to make the strongest poison or what is is and where to get it?

The best poisons I find are usually in High level NPC caves... The strongest poison is the 'Poisoned Apple' which will always kill them... always. I don't think you can make it into a potion though.

I've seen poisoned food in YouTube movies, but is there a way to actually create them yourself? Seeing people throw poisoned watermellons all around town and then watching everyone kick the bucket was pretty funny.
I know this was true in Morrowind, but doesn't a higher alchemy skill make your potions (and therefore poison potions) more powerful?
