i cant recall his name >_< but anyways theres this guy, which im sure ive seen him before walking down the path away from bruma, and just saw him walking to the bravil gates. his first name starts with an A and last name with a V or seomthing like that. everytime a get near him or try to talk he threatens to kill me if i get any closer... i could have sworn this guy was involved in a dark brother hood quest, but he isnt tagged as unkillable. any purpose to him? i killed him and he had a key... and i like collecting keys  edit: i think its alval uvani or something like that
hmm. I really don't know who he is, but I do play alot of oblivion and I have a couple caracters in the dark brotherhood. I will keep a look out and see what he is.
Edit:After typing in the name on google I have gotten this, and is this any use? Oblivion:Alval Uvani - UESPWiki
thank you. i remeber who he is now.
So do I. I remember I killed him with my first character before I even joined the Dark Brotherhood.
I know who that is.
Mead can paralize him.
Another character that you may encounter wondering around is "M'aiq the Liar."
He runs around Cyrodiil collecting calipers, no joke. I believe if you yourself collect enough of them then pile them up somewhere in the world he will eventually come to the pile.
Yes he told you where the shrine was to beothia. And if anyone wonders if he holds the answer to anything this time round the answer is............. NO
mai'q just quotes a few things that showed in message boards and other things like that. for example, mai'q sometimes will say something about how stupid it is to throw weapons, if you use the weapon without throwing it you only need one, or something like that. here he was quoting that some people were disappointed that there were no throwable weapons in oblivion like there was in morrowind. i think he also says something about crossbows and fighting on horseback, which was also something some people wanted in oblivion thats not in there. there are also a lot of other things he says, and i think there even a reference to Fable. I know that a lot of people probably already know all this, but i was just pointing it out just in case there were some who didnt know about it.
