sirdude's post about chipsets just reminded me, im running real old drivers for my ti4200, like 41 something's lol, i've always been timid about upgrading drivers, cuz im always hearing bad things about the newer ones. now nvidia has some 52 something's out, and i've already read some bad things about them..

so i'm asking, what drivers do you use for your ti4200 (or ti series card) what ones work the best for you?

I'm running the 45.23 drivers. I would never have anything but the newest drivers. Unless i heard that they were crappy or something. :cya:

Well I loaded the 52.16's a couple days ago & had nothin' but problems. I've used all the newest drivers at one point or another, but so far with the Ti4200 I find the 40.72's the best for me.

Nvidias newest drivers actually are worse than the older ones. The newer ones decrease performance, which really stinks. Some really fast drivers are the Omega drivers (sorry about no link, I forgot the web page) They are so fast, it's almost scary :D but the down side is there not the most stable drivers out there. Hope this helps.
