In C://Program Files/Lionhead Studios LTD/The Movies/Data I cannot find some folders. Those folders are sounds, radio, and costumes. Why not?

the "textures" folder is a user created folder. It may seem odd for you to create your own folder to store important data, but in fact the "texture" folder is user created. Just install a mod and it should automaticlaly set that up. http://www.dcmodding.com/main/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=79&topic=41.0 that is a guide I wrote on how to install mods, I hope that helps.
