Wanna go Double Dutch?

JillHow did that boy get away with going into the girls restroom? That is so scary. We often think we are pretty safe in there. I think this 15 year old guy has a lot of problems and the longer you keep him away from society...the better it is. I was 15 two months ago. I can't believe he raped a 11 year old girl. It is unreal.
Restrooms aren't always seperated. Especially not in things that don't commonly have any restrooms at all. They may just have room for one staff restroom and a public one. And even then people do mistake (they just follow the "toilet" signs not looking at the male/female logo on the door).
This is all very sad though, such people are mentally ill for sure. Any normal person wouldn't become sexual arroused by a random girl entering a resroom and then thing "I want sex with her here and now *jumps on her " . It's just disturbing.
Not that I'm supporting rapists, but I can't help but think that two wrongs don't make a right. A lot of you are voting for castration for rapists, but what if they were wrongly convicted?
I don't like these kind of articles. It is pointless, all they are doing is forcing 'awww, let's get a boner over the drama and entertainment of a real life soap TV event' down the publics throat. It completely lacks a good content of solid information, and just brags of how hard something is for a young girl. I see it as completely disrespectful to everyone involved in it from victims to the criminal. The boy obviously has some real issues. He needs help, not lesser humans trying to get satisfaction out of making the situation any worse. Everyone is born the same and things only happen through reason. Cowardly is detaching yourself from the person by making retarded statements about torture and the death penalty. Most of us are part of the same society, to an extent we are all partly responsible for what other people do, including what this fucked up 15 year old kid did. The sooner people can appreciate that, and face the truth that this is our own society and partial of our lifestyles doing, instead of some thin fabric bullshit about people being 'evil' and not going to 'heaven'. Then the sooner we can get to the root of the problem and effectively stop it happening in the first place. Instead of what we do which is wasting money and human lives by locking them up, while we just run away from the truth that these things are only getting worse and more common in time with people becoming more prejudice.
I didn't make it!
I feel sorry more for the boy becuase its likly that he had a fucked up life and the girl had a great life untill one day in the supermarkets washroom she gets raped, She can easily recover over a few months, But the boy who raped is getting it 1000 times as bad....
How can you say she'll get over it in a few months??? You know she was the one who spotted him in the street while out driving with her mum. He'll Probably be out by the time he's eighteen, and in the meantime I would think he's having quite an easy time of it he's only in youth detention. You know color tv, play station and just about anything else he wants after all he's had a hard life  . No he'll be released in a few years possibly given a new identity and you never know he may even be shipped to Canada to start a new life there. We done it with the Bulger boys killers except we sent them to Australia.
Longer indeed. I hope he gets assraped during his stay.
Considering his history, I feel bad for the kids who will be near him.

First of all make it so that it could only happen if he was convied via DNA evidence. If it still does happen, compensate them for their trouble. We do it to people who were wrongly convicted. I think it is around 1 million a year in prison. You do a crime with a gun, you loose your guns. Why should it not apply to the stick and berries?
46 and 2, are just ahead of me

BBCThe youngster had carried out minor sexual attacks on women both before and after the rape, but police said they did not know why he suddenly carried out a vicious attack.
So...why was he allowed to continue this kind of behavior? :wtf:
For someone who has comitted these kinds of acts and has a compulsion of doing things like this, nine years of detention is a far cry from justice.
These kinds of people will not stop doing what they are doing because of a slight punishment. It should be something like juvenile detention for 3 years, then prison time for 8-10 more years, all the while receiving daily therapy.
What he did wasn't murder, but he pretty much wrecked the girl's life from here on.
J.C. Denton kid should have got waaaay longer in detention.
....so if i go out and rape someone....i'll only get put away for nine years?.....intriguing...

That's like saying "What about the wrongly convicted criminals? They'll go to prison!"
J.C. DentonThat's like saying "What about the wrongly convicted criminals? They'll go to prison!"
No it isn't, you don't lose any physical features when you go to prison. Castration is a sick and fucking pathetic thought to cross your mind let alone to say it aloud. I'd rather have people who believe in castrating criminals to be arse raped and then castrated themselves sooner than the criminals. Atleast criminals have more chance of becoming something decent and worthwhile as all are influenced into it, whereas to believe castrating and torturing people is the way foward, looks like they're always going to be more or less blatantly ignorant and worthless. I can honestly say I'm more disgusted with someone who believes in force sex changing people than a rapist. I'd sooner shake hands with a rapist than hear something as pathetic and sickening as that again.
