Was doing some reading around the 24hour licensing laws which come into effect in Great Britain this November and was thinking is this a good or bad thing. The reluctance to stay open round-the-clock was largely due to the costs involved.

That sums it up for most businesses. Doesn't pay to stay open in most areas.

I love Atlantic City nights. Come out of the bar and the sun is up, birds are chirping and people on the beach :)

the thing is though is this going to encourage a new race of binge drinking you have to think about some of the moral implications of this change in the law
