This is from something I had wrote quite a long time ago. However, as I continue to read the paper, I can't help but realise that this line relates to everything going on in our world. The basic meaning of the line is clearly the struggle to let go of something, no matter how dull or worthless it can be. I don't know if people in the US have heard this, but a native tribe in Canada have acted in quite a viscious manner because of the fact that they refuse to believe the government owns a small piece of the land which they live on. They are quite literally putting themselves in danger for this land by setting tire fires and other rebellious acts in Caledonia, Ontario. This shows a great example of my message and how far someone will go, for such a thing that others would see worthless.
