The last situation depends, was it an enemy structure, or a freindly structure. If it was a targeted enemy structure, then it was whoever labeled it an enemy structure's fault or the fault of the person for being in an enemy structure that was being used by enemies as a stronghold. It's a sad event, but it's a freindly casualty of war.

I only referenced the word stupidity because of XC's wording, "It's the perfect remedy to stupidity" And in that case you do think it is stupidity and you're a hypocrite

You should have also noted on the rest of my post continuing on about examples of those dependant on machines temporarily for life. Should we cut them off aswell? Since they can not survive for a few months without an oxygen machine does that make them not-human, not-living? People go out and are too stupid to use condoms or birth control, they will never learn from this if we give them the option of terminating the child inside their womb. Furthermore people in general take sex too lightly, yes it gives them pleasure, but beyond that they see nothing. If it was taken just a bit more seriously this problem might occur less

1. People are actually smarter today than they ever have been before. The problem is, people have always been stupid.

2. The poeple on life support have already been alive, so they get to retain their rights.

3. It's not the government's job to decide if people get to make poor personal choices. It's their job to compensate.

Urban combat situation, sweep and seize of suspected terrorist assets, ECM renders chain of command effectively null and void. The soldier thinks that there might be a threat force in the building so he shoots through the wall. It has not been designated as a friendly building or a hostile building and the soldier is aware that there may be civilians somewhere within the area.

Anyways, you all know where I stand on it; I'm completely pro-choice!
