If they deemed it necessary for her to be put into foster care, wouldn't her safety and health be the first priority? Unless you think she is in immediate danger, then yes, I agree that it would be best to try and have the problem resolved at home first.

Perhaps you could comfort her some. She seems like she needs someone to really care for her . It would ultimately strengthen the relationship, that way you know that you would always be friends no matter what. You can also help her with baby-stitting, cooking and what not, I walk 2 miles to and from school everyday, it's no big deal.

The problem is I never get to be with her,... And whenever I get the chance I tell her I love her more than anything... I contstanly tell her I love her and I always chose her over everything.. She knows I love her, I cant really comfort her If I cant be there...

Are you sure there's no way you can see her? You can't walk to her house? Do you see her at school? Does she get to goto school?

Once more: IF it really was extremly bad then authorities would put her in a foster family. However there are lots of other options they will try first. If things are extremly bad and there is no choice but to "evacuate" her it is for her own best. If you would truely care for her you would understand that this then would be in the best intrest of her own health and savety. Don't expect the worst already, authorities might be able to do a lot!

Once again follow this chain: Her parents > Her family > relatives > school teacher/mentor/mentrix/tutor/... > (social [help] ) authorities.

How can you solve this problem if you far what might save her? "I want to help hr but I can't because else there would be a one in a thousand chanche I would not see her again". And even so somtimes sacrifices have to be made for the greater good.

GreatGrizzlyyou have a gf at 14? wow, that is pretty good :) anyways, try asking your parents about it, they will know what to do

Hardly. Shows how heavily influenced our soceity is on pushing kids through childhood as fast as possible. I find it deplorable.

But since you are in the situation anways, you need to get her some help from social workers, the police if need be.

Try talking to her parents. If that does not work, contact the police.

:agreed:gpost: Please Listen to Adminman. He has the right Idea and the right information. It's not your business to make the decision. You should influence er, but not do it for her. That could make it worse.

not cops or anything. they can pull the famiy apart and make it worse. get your parents to pick you up at her house or something and show them how bad it is.

The authorities who deal with these sort of issues know whats best-- they deal with them all the time. If it means splitting the family up (which is extreme and would probably be temporary until the parents get the help THEY need), then that's what needs to be done. I know people hate hearing this, but you are only 14. The welfare of her and her siblings should really come before your relationship. Don't be selfish in making a decision like that.
