You guys keep blaming religion. Bush and pretty much every other president used religion to get where they are. For bush it's ALL about the money. To convince the millions of protestants he promotes his gay-hating and muslim-hating to get what he wants. Religion speaks against war, no matter what history says. It's all the guys at top trying to get rich and make other's poorer. America is doing horrible things to the world in the name of money, not god.

History (historians, to be more technical) will judge Bush by his actions, and I don't expect that he will be highly regarded.

It is about money. Democracy and capitalism are not the best combination. It breeds a sort of parochialism in which the people in power only do what is in their own interest (i.e., get rich, get their buddies rich). Remember, Madison said that there are only three reasons that people run for office:

 • Ambition
 • Personal interest
 • A regard for the public good

and the first two dominate. vikki.gif

ScijoxHere is a collection of disturbing things he said BUSH:I believe that given the chance, they will embrace the most honorable form of government [Democracy] ever devised by man. BUSH: I believe all these things because freedom is not America's gift to the world; it is the almighty God's gift to every man and woman in this world. BUSH: Like generations before us, we have a calling from beyond the stars to stand for freedom. This is the everlasting dream of America. And tonight, in this place, that dream is renewed. BUSH: Now we go forward, grateful for our freedom, faithful to our cause, May God bless you, and may God continue to bless our great country.
;r ;r ;r *vommits* Can you say seperation of church and state? :uhm: That ape should keep religion out of hs speeches, god (even if there would be a god) has nothing to do with this, these are the action of men (stupid actions IMO). And if it where a democrat i would say the same, hell i already didn't like the "god bless america/us" by Clinton.
and confident in the future of the greatest nation on Earth.
greatest country on earth? I didn't know he was talking about germany/sweden/netherlands ? But seriously you can not day that "your own country is the greatest of all" , and especially not when you are the leader of that country in question, it is the ultimate form of agorancy! If pur mininster-president would do that we would smack him in the face! Hell our country is run by a catholic influenced party right now (the Christain Democrats) and never did our minsister-president mentioning "god praising us" or something along those lines, and he better not do it less he wants to get a punsh in the face.
America Sucks and I live there! Were the fattest Nation, Arrogant, polluters, Greedy, and we base everything on big buisness. There are pleanty of countries that have better conditions of life and Please dont flame Mr. Moderator or I might ban you....roll%20eyes%20%28sarcastic%29.gif Bush only wins because of Right wing Religious people who are homophobic creationists. Bush bases everything on God the republican party does. Wake up man the pope is controlling you and there is nothing you can do about it.

Agreed.Luckly they didn't showed anything about it overhere except a short mention of it on the news, where ofcourse was also mentioned that the whole thing costed 17 million dollars for a 17 minut speach.
