Ok. I'm sick and tired of arguing politics now. It was like this a couple weeks ago..and I thought I was done with it...but now it's back. I guess I'm an addict..:p Anyways, no one will budge on their view/beliefs/opinions...so no use arguing anymore. It's just going to stay liberals yelling at conservatives, and vice-versa. Personally I'm done with it...I think. Basically, what do you think of a cessation of political hostilities?

Would be nice... but as long as there are liberals and conservatives, there will be argument ;).

Yes but we shouldn't have to over and over. And really, I am sick of the personal attacks on both sides on liberal/conservative views. Especially from you Mihail, telling us that republicans are ignorant. You have your own beliefs, but that is deeply offensive. You are supposed to be someone setting an example around here, not causing arguements.

You are sick of personal attacks, and what else is this post?. Talking about setting examples, eh? "You have your own beliefs, but that is deeply offensive" - sorry man, but this is just to funny. Even as admin he is entitled to have his own believes. And if you think a bit about it you will see that your beliefs may be just as offensive to him.

Well, here we have the saying that politics and religion destory every good discussion. Maybe those two topics should be banned from the pub? Then people can continue yelling at each other in the melee. It's some time since I have seen a political discussion where there was more discussion than flaming.

I'm tired of them as well, but as long as people keep making these one sided view threads I'm going to have to reply of course.

We are all entitled to our own beliefs, but calling my views ignorant because he does not agree with them is infact ignorant.

One sided? You realize more then half of the forum are left wing? Every post is usually in your favor. And that doesn't mean calling republicans ignorant because we do not agree with you or your beliefs.

Why do you take things said against Bush as a personal attack? Is he your father? Any people (even the ones you call "liberalist") has the right to have their opinion and to say it in a forum. If everybody agrees on everything, what's the point of a forum?

I don't take them as personal attacks. I could care less what is said about Bush. I take calling the party I support and the people in it ignorant as a personal attack. I do not agree with liberal or democrat beliefs, well most, and I have called Kerry names, but never once have I stooped low to calling the party and the people in it ignorant to get an invalid point across.
