jeff & eddie;3648877They will never be influential, nor powerful. Welcome to the 21st century, where your citizens should have basic rights and everyone should be treated equally. This is not the case for china, where women are considered property and valueless. China will never be the United States. We value our citizens, and everyone has basic rights. China is a "modernized" version of 1950's Soviet Union--except full of Chinese. China being massive has little impact on where its place in the world is. Israel is but a small island of 5million Jews among an ocean of 100 million Arabs who hate them. Guess who's the superpower in that region? Little ol'Israel.

oh my god! you are very stupid idiot!

China does already, they have been financing the US's trade deficit, and buying US government debt. China could gain control of the value of the US$ very easily, and then you're screwed.

The rest of the world has the option of trading in the stronger currency, the euro, but the US does not.
