If you get deja vus that often it probably means that you don't sleep enough :) You usually get them if your brain tries to remember some information while you are very tired. Then it just links two images together which shouldn't be linked and the result is a deja vu :) At least it's more or less like that :)

Yeah, it happens to me all the time. Not to long ago I was playing JK3 with my newly reformed and renamed clan and it happened and I remember when I had the dream thinking "Nah, it won't happen that's not my clan's name."
