mighty man of Valor Servant of God, Valor:)

All respect lost and ignored after reading that. Teehehe. Where are these religious fanatics poppuing up from?

I don't know if this is rock bottom, but it sure does feel like it. I know that eventually I will bounce back and be happy again, until that day comes, though, I live my life day by day, trying to keep going.

It will pass in time. Get yourself out there and don't mope around after the divorce is final. If you are not in the best shape, hit the gym get in shape and meet someone. It's hell right now but hang in there. Be lucky you are only 21.

As Beef implied, I wouldn't get too bent up over it, you're young. I don't like being depressed for long periods of time. I'd never let it get to me all that bad in the first place, but I feel for you. Good luck!

mighty man of Valorwell, I was hoping that girl without a clue aka Princess Bubblegum would come back...... I have been watching this forum and figured I could join just to post. That girl seemed to be the only person with some brains. Next to her posts and convictions you gaming dorks look kind of stupid. (In all due respect.) She I guess was smart to get out of here, but still next to the rest of your post she looks like the smartest person on the planet! The person who said she is in for a "rude awakening" in her mid twenties could not be more wrong! The only rude awakening she will have, is when she is married with a husband and a beautiful family and looks back to see how much time she wasted on these forums talking to people who are immoral and could care less about marriage.....and YES I am another Christian. Princess Bubblegum, who ever you marry is going to have one very special wife! Servant of God, Valor:) P.S you would not happen to have a gaming clan I could join would you?

I'm here. And it's interesting to note that you appear to have the same blithe coating of "If I believe in God the bad things in life will go away."

It won't. Trust me on this. A friend of mine, who is like you, fairly high up on the devout christianity scale, told me a story about her friend, who simply stood and said "God will protect me" while someone rode a motorbike at her. Four hours, twenty stitches and three plaster casts later, it became clear that He didn't.

Or, to quote a Depeche Mode song: "I think that god has a sick sense of humour"

And #zip#, back to the issue.

It's perfectly natural for people to think about whats happened when it's fresh, but that will go away. I cared for somone deeply once, then we made mistakes, and it ended. I was broken for months, n all i could think about was what had happened. but now it's been a year or so, n I feel fine now. I re-understood the things that made me special about myself and spent time re-learning these parts about me. I'm just letting you know and giving you proof that things will get better.

God was saying "get out the way, stupid!" It is a similar story in a sermon a pirest gave. It was about a women who was waiting for God to save her from a flood. 2 boats and helicopter came to rescue and she died. God told her that she sent her help 3 times:p

You look to be taking this well. You found other things to keep your mind off of the divorce. Beer won't help you get over this any faster. All it will do is make you an alcholic(sp?).

My parents have been married for 18 years and haven't divorced, which makes me an oddity in school because everyone elses parents have been divorced and remarried and some kids parents have been married 3 times.

Beer definitely won't help me get over this any faster, but it sure does make it easier. :)
