Time to poll the forum and see how many of your are actually covered by insurance. And do you get it from your employer, the government or something else?

I am not insured and probably won't be until I am six feet under. The choice is: Get a full-time job that I hate and take a piss test in order to qualify for the insurance

I'll take the latter and the risk.

I have health insurance through my father and his employer.

However, if I didn't have that option available to me I could still receive health insurance through my university.

Pay for my own. Not sure how long that will last if rates go up.

I haven't had it through my work for the past 6 months and I feel naked. Was double covered for the past 12 yrs prior to that.

...and of course now I need to see a Dentist. :uhm:

Crossing fingers I'll get a Govt. job (and bennies) again soon. Job fair this weekend.

Jeffro;4782397 And do you get it from your employer, the government or something else?

I am 50% insured by my employer (the state) and 50% by a private insurance company.

If I quit my job I would need 100% private insurance (which is quite costly here, especially if you get older).

I'm insured for injuries arising from assault. Other than that, no, I'd have to use the dreaded NHS.

I am ensured 100% by the state because I am a college student in Austria.

Don't really need it right now, if anything happened would have to put my trust in the NHS (God help me) but at least there free.

Got full state insurance by being a student for the time being.

Insured by the state, in addition I have to pay a mandatory annual student health fee to get even cheaper (in some cases completely free) treatment.
