I do not see how Dyslexia could be treated by drugs since IIRC its a problem with how the brain is wired.

I'd imagine the drugs act to control the effects of having dyslexia, not the actual dyslexia itself.
What is IIRC?
And isn't dyslexia a difficulty with spelling or reading? How do drugs treat that?

Can't some forms of dyslexia affect muscle control and stuff? Nothing serious, but things like hand-eye coordination. But spelling and reading I don't think could be treated. Its an interesting condition though. You'd think the brain could be taught how to spell something correctly by repetition. Strange how some people don't have that ability, whereas to others it is natural.

Most often, handwriting, but sometimes it translates into other aspects of life as well. But all the treatments I've seen are either therapeutic or academic.
a friend of mine has dyslexia and he cant spell very well or write things down but he is an electrician and is brilliant at that. his son has ADHD and i believe it is real as he isnt all there if you no what i mean he is hyper and cant focus on tasks doesnt really have friends etc but is still happy and hasnt got a clue what is really going on. as soon as it has anything to do with maths and technology he is there focused and will show people older than him up
so in my opinion from my experience they are both real and drugs can help in cases of ADHD
i actually Do have ADHD )mild ADHD, but nonetheless, ADHD) and yes, it does exist. i wasn't the stereotypical autistic kid running around screaming. i would sometimes be slightly hyperactive, followed by a calm time. nowadays, i am rarely hyper, although, i do find it hard to concentrate at times. yes, take ritalin. I am 16. oh, and i spell brilliantly, so it is not like dyslexia in the same way. i was reading by 6 as well.

Dyslexic individuals can be extremely intelligent as well as extremely stupid. The fact that they have dyslexia does not affect intelligence (or lack thereof).

I remember the only time I was hyperactive was when I had about two fistfuls of sugar with my ginger beer when I was eight or nine, because it was too sour. It was really exhausting.
it's not fun. i embarrassed myself a lot. but i learnt to control myself
