I will let you guys start off this one, but the question I put forth has to do with the negative effect of fast-food. We got the pros which include a good tasting hamburger or chicken wing when we want one, but do the pros outway the cons? Up to you to decide what these cons are, and trust me they exist.

true. you get a bunch of lardo people eating at mcdonalds every day, of course they'll get fat/fatter. but once in a while is perfectly ok, as long as you have an active lifestyle and you dont sit around all day in front of the TV/computer etc.

This is the way it works Intake calories > calories used = weight gain It doesnt matter that much of what you eat on weight gain. If a person eats meat and fried foods everyday, there will be health problems.

fast food is fatty.. but eating fast food doesnt make you fat. eating too much fast food makes you fat.

people need to learn the concept of moderation. when you watch fat people eat, you will realise why they are fat. they eat a crazy ammount of food. its almost unbelieveable. if people only ate 1 small hamburger insted of 1 large hamburger, that would be good.

i could eat fast food everyday of my life and not get fat if i didnt eat to much.. but some people dont seem to realise that.

True. I like to stop at whataburger every now and then, but I never overdo it. One of my teachers, on the otherhand, did overdo it. She ate about a burger every class period when she was teaching us. When she fell down one time, it took 3 PE teachers to get her back up. Three. :uhoh:

It's not a problem here. But the cons are getting fat mainly, and other health issues of eating it in a daily habit.

I like Whataburger's sausage, biscuits and gravy! I eat a hamburger every week, at least once, then some pizza; I eat my mom's food most though. To tell you the truth, and please don't bring this out of these forums, but my mom grills the best greasy hamburger anywhere. They are GOOOOOD! O yea, I forgot the purpose of this thread. Fast food is good sometimes, but home cooked meals are the best ahah! Translation Fast Food Bad - My mom's food Good

Had my first McDonalds in Moscow back in the late 80's. Had to stand in a line that went around couple city blocks. It was the first fast-food joint in Russia. Now I am vegetarian and havent had fast food in 2 years.
