The NY times does not directly say that the US military is riddled with prisioner abuse but it implies it.

Cataphract Duh. Do you see liberals on here saying the entire US military is riddled with acts of prisoner abuse? If you do, you are seeing things that aren't there.

Not on these forums, but on Nation States for example, hell yes you do.

The Geneva Conventions states that you have to have those 4 things to qualify. The insurgents only use 2 really. They dont have specific uniforms, and they also attack innocents (Kidnappings and beheadings of contractors rebuilding the country for example...)

ScOrPYFrom seeing what these insurgents do to people such as those who are helping out the Iraqi citizens, I don't see why they should have any rights.

Who gives you the right to decide or judge? We have laws set by higher courts that must be obeyed.

revenge is bad, punishing somebody else is ok but taking revenge on somebody in the exact same way he hurted you(r people) doesn't make you any better them him.
