No. My point is that it's going to happen no matter which may you slice the cake. I'm all for subtracting a bit so that we can extend the cycle for a few more generations, but the thing I wonder is, can that really be done? What I'm saying is, we've got so much industry, so much this and that, is it really possible to regulate that? There will always be those companies which don't abide by the rules, who someone find a way to slip under the radar. I just don't see how the Kyoto treaty will really make that much of a difference.

They are putting forth an effort to try to stop this. Even if it doesnt work and everyone ignores the treaty, at least they are trying. That is the first step to solving the problem, and should be encouraged.
