well, what is your opinion about growing hormones? I believe they're called somatropin and genotropin. would you use them / allow to be used for a person, who is rather small and has problems with it? or is realy small or has growing problems? an example, a 16 year old guy , who is only 167cm's long , and has problems with it? or do you even believe they work properly?

Uhm, if there are medical reasons for it such as growth problems (being to short or too tall for example) then I would have no problems with it. Why would I? I don't know which (all) purposes hormones can be used for but using them for example to boost your sporting abilities would be an obvious nono.

yes I mean in the way for growing in length , not in the way to gain strenght or grow more muscles, because I hate people who use/ allow that, it's selfdestructing for the body

Their body and their money, if they want to do it that's none of my business.

First of all, this is not an actual problem. It's a completely normal height. This guy is not unusual. He just had small parents probably. If a person is only 120 cm for instance though, then yes, that is a problem and a medical condition. In this case, growth hormones are an appropriate cure.

To be honest abandonator, I know plenty of guys who are exactly that tall. And while they're under the average height, they're still bigger than your average japanese for instance. And don't make any issues out of it.

167cm is slightly shorter than average for Western populations, but not by much. However, it is slightly taller than average as Wraith said, for Japanese and Chinese populations.

If people want to be that vain and use growth hormones to grow an extra 10cm, then that is their business, of course.

Woudln't those things have the similar side-effects as other homones that increase strength? In that case I wouldn't recommend using them.

As for being small, I don't think it is a big deal. People you know get used to your size sooner or later and who cares about the other people you don't know?

Wouldn't recommend it... Just let nature take it's course on this one. If someone wanted to gain muscle mass, then just get some protein shakes (yes, they actually do help quite a lot) and hit a gym.

Well considering I just watched "The Hulk" I would say no :P Seriously though, I guess it's up to you. Kind of unwise in my opinion though (Side affects, risk of "cheating" in sports, etc)

It's not just for building muscle mass, though somatropin is anabolic as well. Its main purpose, especially for short people, is to induce them to grow taller
