ok can you guys extend this as much as you can and add extra info ? please if you do HIGHLIGHT the NEW info you have posted.

Good evening Ladies and gentlemen tonight we the affirmative team believe Pet licences should be compulsory. They are good for the pet its self and for the wider community at large. Licenses should be viewed as a protection for the health and well being of the pet and the benefit of the community. It is here I would like to point out some inaccuracies in the opposition case. The first speaker said… This is incorrect because…

As 2nd speaker I will be highlighting the important facts about why licenses should be issued to ensure that all pets and their owners have the same privileges in terms of their health and their behavior. Some of the greatest concerns come from the immunization of pets in general. Most people think of dogs and cats… and immunization. However it applies to many types of pet from birds to farm pets to horses etc. Lets take one example. The rabies virus is feared around the world because it is deadly to pets and anyone who is bitten by a rabid animal. Licensing ensures that owners are educated and get the right immunization for the protection of themselves and their pets. Immunization is performed for many diseases which can be potentially deadly to pets and humans. Licensing educates and maintains a general standard for the pets. This of course applies to worming and a number of other health related issues like diet . Pets need to be maintained in good health.. Animal breeding may need to be monitored or contolred. some types of Animals may need to be de sexed to maintain the number of that species in check. Licensing will ensure that the pets of a community all maintain the same standard that is expected and written by experts. Behavior is also a major issue. Licencing requires pets behavior to be monitored and for behaviour to be of a reasonable standard. A good example of dog breads not kept under the right condition are the pitbal race. They have evololutonised to become one of the most fierce dog breads. In brisbane the maximum number of dogs there are to be licensed under one person is 3. Laddies and Gentlement could you imagine if people where allowed to own as many dogs or cats as they wanted?
