Well, we don't know what exactly they did do, because the military for obvious reasons doesn't want to say what consequences this exploit might have had on recon missions in the past.

I know some of you have come and try to defend it, but remember that the military spends a great deal on these drones, and one would think that at the very least it would be challenging to hack a drone. This is just a joke.

Air Force operated.

The AF is the laughing stock of the armed forces. Not even the hottest wimmin any more (that goes to USMC, if you ask me).

Really, it isn't the fault of any of the branches of the Armed Forces. This falls back on the guys who developed the planes and the communication gear. In other words, civilians who thought that the knew better than they really did. There's nothing "Joe" really could have done about it.

Joe or Sam, or whatever name we wish to use, well the guy (gal) could have done something about it, such as giving it a proper testdrive and inspecting the thing a bit to see if the product was any good (pro's and con's). And then said "hey, do you guys also deliver these with encrypted wireless transmissions?".

It would be hilarious if they rickrolled a UAV operator.

If some kid on the internet had "hacked" the drones, everyone would be calling for tighter regulation of the internet. XD

Apparently you need to go to Lejune then. I was there for a breechers course last summer. Perfecting the fine art of removing doors, windows, walls, etc... There were more than a handful of fucking hot Marine girls around there. And naturally, being the two guys in a different uniform made myself and my classmate a source of curiosity.

When we were asked what we did, the invariable response was recon. Which is true, except in the Marines, that term is associated with Force Recon, their special forces. Made for a fun three weeks.

Not sure I would trade lejune for hot women...especially a wookie.
