We are a wealthy country, which is what I blame on most of the fatty people. We spend a lot of money making fat foods like cakes and things.

Junk food was my(and many others) daily lunch at my school, there isn't much of a problem regarding people's weight caused by junk food here.

forget junk food! they need to be serving Soylent Green in school....
I eat greasy 2 slices of greasey pizza in my school atleast 3 or 4 days a week, for months, and I'm as skinny as a toothpick. I don't run around much; and I sit all day, either in front of the computer, reading a book or watching TV. So I don't have to worry about getting fat, atleast not right now.
Not everyone is like you. And you will get fat, trust me. And that is not healthy. American schools should force its students to do physical activities, along with eat healthier foods. We are going to start noticing the negative effects of having a lazy country soon enough.
It's not like junk food is the only thing I eat. Pizza is what I eat for lunch. I eat healthy the rest of the day though.

Too late, we are already noticing them.
I dont think that schools should have to feed you anything special. If a person wants to eat healthy then they can bring something from home. I dotn want to have to bring something from home or have to eat health food because some people cant control their weight.
Schools also have salad bars and health food stands, and the food is inexpensive. So it's really what the kids want to eat, not what the school is forcing on the kids.

I rarely eat junk food, but it should be allowed to be served in high schools. If people aren't responsible enough to manage their own wellness, it's pretty much a lost cause. They'll just find someone else that is unhealthy to preoccupy their time with.
