I dont have he exact source link, but I heard this story that a man left his 4 month old kid in his van for 4 hours and the temp got 120 degrees, kid baked alive, and the father will face no charges because it 'was not intentional'....

isnt this disgusting? The man "forgot" his child in a van for 4 hours and will face no punishment.

Thoughts?

good lord! no charges? WTF is up with american justice? If you have to leave a kid in a car at least crack the windows and put the sunvisors on the windsheild. People are so lazy today. They don't have enough time to take the kid with them or get a babysitter

That's odd. Normally, the guy gets nailed with unintentional manslaughter, child abuse, and wrongful death. This is probably bogus.

There are probably extenuating circumstances, then.

Stupid, stupid, stupid bastard. Such negligence can't go unpunished surely? I sincerely hope he's reminded of this every day for the rest of his miserable life.

He will probably die a thousand deaths each day he looks in the mirror. The guy probably genuinely screwed up. He might eat a gun.
