it turns out the law that allows your car to be towed after being on the shoulder of the road for more than 6 minutes might and probably will taken away because interstate highways is not the property of the city or even the state it is the federal governments property and the mayor has no right to make a law that affects federal government property
but there isnt a big chance that the other laws will be repealed
He isn't insane. He has a good idea. I used to live in Houston, and I realize what the main goal here is. Houston is one of the, if not the worst city in America when it comes to accidents and traffic jams. Every morning when my dad went to work, there was always a traffic jam. I remember he used to count the days that he wasn't stopped by traffic. There were twice as many more accidents then there weren't. Drivers in Houston must suck, because that is why so many traffic jams happen.
Drivers in Boston are scary. Not because they're bad drivers, but because they're really really good drivers and know how to go like 30 mph faster than they ought to on a road without getting into an accident. It's also scary if you're a pedestrian trying to cross the street sometimes. :p I almost got hit by an ambulance! No, not really, but it was close.
Sounds like beautiful New York. Get used to it.
The mayor of Houston is looking out for your guys protection. Seriously, that city is insane. The amount of traffic accidents are astounding.
