So, I'm listening to the news this morning, and there's a 16 year old having her lunch at McDonalds (RoundRock, Texas) and for desert, she orders the parfait. When she gets it, instead of the strawberry on top, in its place, is a half smoked joint. :smokin: She took it back and decided to get a refund instead of a replacement; apparently, this location undergoes random drug testing.. ...must be open book tests! If anything, I guess this explains the Hamburgler!

Hehe, funny. But what do you want us to debate about? (i could move it to the GD?)

My brother works at a mc Donalds and they do stuff like that there too to some degree:

when people refuse to pay with small cash (when it is clearly that they have small bills and coins in their wallet) and pay with a 50 or even a 100 euro (almost the same in dollars) for one drink/hamburger they pwn that person buy giving him small cash in retuirn (it's it just lovely to get over 10 euros in coins of 50 cent and 1 and 2? :p )

My brother also made fun of couple of french last week: it was around closing time and the french entered the MC just before they where closing, not only did this annoy the MC staff but the french refused to speak english:

french people: fafafafaf fafafafafa omelet du fromage fafafafaf my brother: Sorry but do you speak english? french: fafafafafafa my brother: Sorry i don't speak french, spreekt u mischien nederlands (=do you speak dutch?) french: fafafafa faaaaafafafaf faa french man (with bad accent): We would likes tsho have -add some MC crappy stuff here-

So then my brothersaid that they could tke a seat since they would ave to wait for there food (ihe gave them the drinks). So after the food was prepared my brother walked up to their table and gave them the food and said to them with a friendly smile on his face (and friedly voice too): "stik er maar in" (= "choke on it") and the french smiled back... HAHAHA

Just because you can debate in these forums, it doesn't mean it's a prerequisite for all threads. And this is far from funny... this sort of thing isn't exactly an isolated case, yet some people continue to eat McDonalds food. Which I still can't understand seeing as it has no taste and feels like cardboard, but there you go.

You need to file a complaint then, because the McDonalds I go to taste good enough. People people, all McDonalds have employees who will gladly spit in your food or abuse your food for a good laughs. It is a fact of the McDonald way of life. Actually, it is like this at all fast food chains, especially White Castle. Another thing you should know is that these places don't like to waste materials, so they do use hamburger grease from the last day to prepare your burgers in.

I've had the unfortunate experiences of eating in McDonalds throughout this country and abroad when there is nowhere else to go. They all taste pretty much the same.

They taste pretty good here in the States. I like Burger King and Wendy's as well.

I knew you'd say that, but it's becoming apparent that you probably LIKE McDonalds food, whereas I DON'T like McDonalds food, and it has nothing to do with which branch you use.

I don't like it, I just think it taste good. I only get to eat fast food once or twice a month though, and usually I get Burger King or Taco Bell. Really only time we eat McDonalds is on long car trips.
