Wanna go Double Dutch?

PB2AUGaming is a fine quality to have, as long as you don't make it sound like your only quality. Stay away from classic stereotypes like D&D and make sure you don't look like a stereotypical nerd, and people will be surprised you are one. Works for me.
What's wrong with D&D? :p It has a just as bad stereotype image as computer gamers :uhm: . Most people i tell i am a gamer find it much fun and intresting, i hardly ever get any weird looks. Most ask what types of games i play, why i find them that much fun etc.
I don't play as much as i used to (4-10 hours per day w00t), maybe 1-2 hours per day, or sometimes 0. I don't talk to people about computers and games unless they start a conversation about it. But when they do, they're always surprised how much i know about comps&stuff. But i have a schoolmate who spends like 5/6 of his free time by playing games and surfing the internet and i must say, he's a real geek. And i disagree about that hardcore gamers play games even with bad graphics, becouse of good gameplay. I don't give a fcuk about graphics, my favorite game is rtcw and if it had a doom 2 grapics, i'd still play it and i can hardly call myself a gamer. And i never use the words like n00b, pwnd& stuff in real live, but i do so on forums & chats. Although i don't see a problem using them in real life.
