Hey all, Well, I was talking to one of my really good friends earlier tonight and she was telling me about a best friend (an actual best friend, not one you think is one, but a perfect friend.) Anyways they lost contact about 3 years ago, and Ive managed to locate the house of the father of this friend and his new wife, and Im pretty sure its them. Now all it comes down to, should I ring the number? Im excited and dont know what to do? :lookaround:

Don't hesitate, just call them up. I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to get in contact with an old friend through their relatives, or even the unsure possible relatives.

I've done it in a similar circumstance and was glad I did. Good luck. :)

Ring them up, whats the worst that could happen?

Why not? If it isn't them then you can just hang up. If it is them and they don't want contact abymore then so be it, and if they do want to meet again that would be great. You have nothing to lose, only to gain!

Hey that's good news. Lets hope you can pick up the relation again. As mr. Matt said:

A friendship with a woman is like keeping a plant. You have to keep it watered and healthy otherwise it'll die pretty quickly. Unlike friendships with men, which are like keeping a cactus. They can last for decades even if you don't see each other for most of that time.
